My wife and I had the all you can fried chicken and spaghetti. They were rather busy, and only had two servers, who worked so feverishly that ours could not remember most of what needed to be done. We had to ask for our salads. It took the kitchen 30 minutes to get the first plate of chicken to us. The food was good, but the green beans were awol, and never delivered. I asked twice for more chicken. 30 minutes later, still none. We asked twice for a to go box for my wife's food. Great promise here but the staffing is inadequate and the kitchen just can't keep up or anticipate the needs. Missed potential....

Mom and I thought we would try the new place. We both ordered the whole catfish. Salad was ok. Just lettuce with one piece of cucumber and one small piece of tomato. Poppy seed dressing was yummy. They could use a bit more cucumber and tomato. Maybe some purple Onion. Catfish came. Baked potato was so so. Not bad. Not great. Catfish was total disappointment. Rubbery and tough with no flavor. Obviously frozen. Fresh catfish never taste that way. Breading was blah and it wasn't very hot. Iced tea was very weak on the first glass, but the next two were fine. The service was pretty good I don't know if I'm going back, but I won't be getting the catfish if I do.

Went to Restaurant thinking it was still Cummings Family Restaurant and walked in and noticed new people , received menus and at that time I realized it was under new ownership. I ordered the all you can eat Walleye , it was grease soaked and didn't agree with my stomach at all. Wife ordered a bowl of chili which taste like it was out of a can, will not return here myself , sure will Miss Cummings Family Restaurant.
